1941 GMC Fire Engine -
Yat Ming 1:24 |
 |
Found at Diecastfast.com
This vehicle actually
exists and was photographed at a GM
facility in Michigan. GM had it
painfully restored to its' original
condition, which was to be on duty as an
active part of the GM fire department.
Although GM built the chassis and cab,
General Fire Truck Corp. of Detroit did
the actual construction of the balance
of what you see here. This model is full
equipped with a Federal Signal rotating
beacon, ladders, hoses, hand
extinguishers and CO2 suppression for
chemical fires. |
